Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pepperoni slices (or turkey pepperoni, diced small)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2: Form the Chips

  1. Place small heaps of shredded mozzarella on the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  2. Top each pile with a slice or a few pieces of diced pepperoni.

Step 3: Bake Until Crispy

  1. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown around the edges.

Step 4: Cool & Enjoy

  1. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Once crisp, transfer to a plate and serve!
