Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular, full-fat preferred)

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 can (14 oz or 400 g) sweetened condensed milk

Optional Toppings (Not counted in the 3 ingredients):

  • Fresh berries or fruit compote

  • Powdered sugar

  • Honey drizzle

  • Lemon zest or vanilla extract for extra flavor

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Pan & Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C).

  2. Line your cake pan with parchment paper (bottom and sides) to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Mix the Batter

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and fully combined.

  2. For best texture, use a hand mixer to beat for 2–3 minutes until light and frothy.

Step 3: Bake the Cake

  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan.

  2. Tap the pan gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.

  3. Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. A toothpick should come out clean.

  4. Let the cake cool completely in the pan before removing.

Step 4: Chill & Serve

  1. For the creamiest texture, refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.

  2. Slice and top with your favorite fruit, a dusting of powdered sugar, or just enjoy as-is!

Notes

Use Full-Fat Yogurt – Adds richness and structure to the cake.
Don’t Overbake – Check around the 45-minute mark; overbaking can make it dry.
Cool Completely – This helps it firm up and slice cleanly.
Use a Springform Pan – Makes removal and presentation easier.
Want Extra Flavor? – Add a splash of vanilla or a pinch of lemon zest for a boost.
