  • 32 ounces (2 16-ounce) canned refried beans
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1½ cups premade mild guacamole
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 ounce packet mild taco seasoning
  • 16 ounces container chunky mild salsa, drained
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups pre-shredded fiesta blend cheese
  • 2.25 ounces sliced black olives, well drained
  • 1 cup chopped roma tomatoes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine 32 ounces of refried beans with 3 tablespoons of water and mix until smooth.
  2. Spread the refried beans evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Layer 1½ cups of premade guacamole over the refried beans.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together 2 cups of sour cream and 1 ounce packet of taco seasoning until well blended.
  5. Spread the sour cream mixture over the guacamole layer.
  6. Drain 16 ounces of chunky mild salsa and spread it on top of the sour cream.
  7. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded fiesta blend cheese over the salsa layer.
  8. Add 2 cups of shredded lettuce on top of the cheese.
  9. Top with 2.25 ounces of drained sliced black olives and finish with 1 cup of chopped roma tomatoes and ½ cup of thinly sliced green onions.
  10. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
