Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Juice of ½ lemon (for serving)
Optional Dipping Sauce:
¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of paprika
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Shrimp

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Place in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle on garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.
Step 2: Preheat the Air Fryer

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
