Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into ½-inch cubes for even cooking.
Step 2: Season the Sweet Potatoes
- In a mixing bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cinnamon (if using).
- Mix well to coat evenly.
Step 3: Air Fry the Sweet Potatoes
- Place the cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
