- 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 16 oz queso blanco Velveeta
- 8 oz grated pepper jack cheese
- Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop vegetables.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add cooking oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
