  • 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Place them in a 7×11 casserole dish.
  2. Pour BBQ sauce evenly over the seasoned chicken breasts, ensuring some sauce is underneath as well. Dot butter on top.
  3. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C). Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
