Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 Packet taco seasoning
- 1 C. Nacho cheese sauce
- 1 Can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
- ⅓ C. Sour cream
- ½ C. Chopped bell peppers
- ½ C. Chopped onions
- Shredded lettuce
- Crumbled nacho cheese-flavored chips
- 4 Large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning until well combined; set aside.
- Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened (about 3-5 minutes).
- Mix nacho cheese sauce with drained Rotel tomatoes in a bowl until smooth.
- Lay out tortillas and spread a layer of nacho cheese mixture down the center.
