  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Packet taco seasoning
  • 1 C. Nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 Can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
  • C. Sour cream
  • ½ C. Chopped bell peppers
  • ½ C. Chopped onions
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Crumbled nacho cheese-flavored chips
  • 4 Large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning until well combined; set aside.
  3. Sauté chopped onions and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Mix nacho cheese sauce with drained Rotel tomatoes in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Lay out tortillas and spread a layer of nacho cheese mixture down the center.
  6. Top each tortilla with sour cream, sautéed vegetables, seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, and crumbled chips.
  7. Fold sides of tortillas in and roll tightly to form wraps.
  8. Toast wraps in the heated skillet until golden brown on all sides.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
