Ingredients

Scale

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 banana, sliced
1 apple, chopped (tossed with lemon juice to prevent browning)
½ orange, segmented or chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped (optional)

For the Citrus-Honey Dressing
Juice of 1 orange (about ¼ cup)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit
Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly. Hull, slice, or dice each fruit as needed. Place all the fruit in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract if using.

Step 3: Toss the Salad
Pour the citrus-honey dressing over the fruit. Gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly without bruising. Add chopped mint if using.

Step 4: Chill or Serve
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Stir before serving if made ahead.

Notes

Use Ripe Fruit – For the sweetest, juiciest flavor
Avoid Overripe Bananas – Add just before serving to prevent browning
Cut Uniform Pieces – For easy eating and beautiful presentation
Add Texture – Try a sprinkle of granola, chia seeds, or toasted coconut on top
Make It Creamy – Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
