  • Russet Potato (1 large, diced) – Makes the soup extra filling.
  • Tomato Paste (2 tbsp) – Thickens and enhances the flavor.
  • Worcestershire Sauce (1 tbsp) – Adds a touch of umami.
  • Italian Seasoning (1 tsp) – Blends classic herb flavors.
  • Salt & Pepper – To taste.

Ingredients

Step 1: Brown the Beef

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the diced onion and garlic, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 2: Build the Broth
