  • 4 salmon fillets (skin on)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and rub with olive oil, then season generously with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon skin-side up for about 3 minutes until crusted. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic; stir well and simmer for a few minutes before stirring in lemon juice.
  4. Pour the sauce over salmon and cook for an additional 3–5 minutes while spooning sauce over the fish.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
