Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- ½ Onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1½ cup Cheddar Cheese
- 8 Flour Tortillas
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef; cook until slightly brown. Stir in tomato paste, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- On one half of each tortilla, layer mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked beef mixture, more cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Fold the tortilla in half.
- In the skillet over medium-low heat, add oil and place the folded quesadilla. Cook until browned and crispy on both sides (about 3 minutes each side).
