Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1½ cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup cooked turkey turkey turkey bacon bits
- ½ cup pickles (finely chopped)
- 1½ tablespoons ketchup
- ½ tablespoon yellow mustard
- 16 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a deep-sided pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the meat is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese along with turkey turkey turkey bacon bits, pickles, ketchup, and mustard until melted; then remove from heat. Mix in the remaining cheese until fully melted.
- Heat vegetable oil in a separate deep-sided pan over medium heat.
- Place about 2½ tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each egg roll wrapper and seal them according to package instructions.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 90 seconds on each side.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer cooked egg rolls to paper towels to drain excess oil.
