  • ½ Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste
  • 24 ounces Pasta Sauce
  • ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 16 ounces Rigatoni Pasta (cooked al dente)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sauté diced onions until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Season with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in pasta sauce and heavy whipping cream; combine thoroughly. Add drained rigatoni and mix gently.
