Ingredients
For the Chicken Filling:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie works great!)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream or ranch dressing (for extra creaminess)
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil (for cooking)
For Serving (Optional):
- Extra garlic butter for brushing
- Side of marinara, ranch, or chipotle sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Filling
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in shredded chicken, salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring well. Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley.
Step 2: Assemble the Wraps
- Spread sour cream or ranch dressing onto each flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over the sauce.
- Add a portion of the garlic chicken on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll tightly into a wrap.
Step 3: Cook Until Crispy
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
- Brush with extra garlic butter and cut in half.
- Serve warm with marinara, ranch, or chipotle sauce.
Notes
Use Rotisserie Chicken – Saves time and adds extra flavor.
For Extra Garlic Flavor – Mix garlic powder into melted butter before brushing.
