  • 1/2 Yellow Onion (diced)

  • 2 cups Dry Elbow Pasta
  • 14.5 ounces Petite Diced Tomatoes (drained)
  • 8 ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Beef Bouillon Powder
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned and no pink remains; drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, drained diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and beef bouillon powder. Allow to simmer gently for flavors to meld.
  3. Add cooked elbow pasta and stir in one cup of shredded cheese until evenly coated. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover until melted.
