  • 1 cup cooked turkey sausage, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk (or half-and-half for creamier eggs)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent roll dough)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
  • ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Turkey Sausage

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook turkey sausage until browned.
  2. Drain excess grease and set aside.

Step 2: Scramble the Eggs

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat and pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Cook gently, stirring occasionally, until soft scrambled (about 2-3 minutes).

Step 3: Assemble the Breakfast Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out biscuit or crescent dough, flattening slightly.
  3. Spoon scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and shredded cheese onto each piece of dough.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.

Step 4: Bake Until Golden

  1. Place rolls on the baking sheet, seam-side down.
  2. Brush with beaten egg wash, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
