Ingredients

  • 3 frozen chicken burger patties
  • 3 large protein tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 18 turkey pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken patties in a preheated large skillet over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes on one side. Flip and cook until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
  2. Slice each cooked chicken patty into 6 strips.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and divide half of the mozzarella cheese down the center of each.
  4. Add the chicken strips, spoon pizza sauce over them, layer with turkey turkey turkey pepperoni, and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella.
  5. Fold the sides of each tortilla to enclose the filling and place seam side down in a skillet heated to medium-low. Cook until both sides are golden brown (about 5 minutes per side).
  6. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
