  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 12-ounce bag frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup with herbs (10.5 ounces)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 11-ounce box biscuit mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pour melted butter into a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix frozen peas and carrots with chopped onions and celery. Spread shredded chicken evenly in the dish and top with mixed vegetables.
  4. Combine biscuit mix and milk (and any seasoning packet) in another bowl; stir in shredded cheddar cheese until blended.
  5. Mix chicken broth and cream of chicken soup until smooth; pour over the layered vegetables without stirring.
  6. Spoon the biscuit mixture on top without mixing it in.
