Ingredients

Scale

12 oz spaghetti
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
½ cup chicken broth (or pasta cooking water)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Cook the Spaghetti
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until just al dente.
Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water or use chicken broth.

Step 3: Mix the Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and broth. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Assemble the Casserole
Add the cooked chicken and spaghetti to the sauce mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 5: Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Step 6: Cool and Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Use Rotisserie Chicken – Saves time and adds great flavor
Don’t Overcook Pasta – It will continue to cook in the oven
Add Veggies – Mushrooms, peas, or bell peppers make great additions
Cheese Choices – Try Monterey Jack or mozzarella for extra gooeyness
