- 3 pounds of whole chicken wings
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp SPG
- 2 tbsp Korean BBQ rub
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cups cooked day-old rice
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup Hot & Spicy Bachan’s sauce
- ½ cup green onions, sliced
- Toasted white sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat.
- Cut chicken wings at the knuckle and toss with avocado oil, Korean BBQ rub, and SPG in a mixing bowl.
- Place wings on the hot griddle and cook for about 20 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 185°F.
- Using one side of the griddle, cook diced onion until tender, then add pre-cooked rice and butter.
- Drizzle Hot & Spicy Bachan’s over the mixture and stir well.
- Scramble eggs in another section of the griddle and combine into the rice once cooked.
