  • 3 pounds of whole chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp SPG
  • 2 tbsp Korean BBQ rub
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cups cooked day-old rice
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Hot & Spicy Bachan’s sauce
  • ½ cup green onions, sliced
  • Toasted white sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut chicken wings at the knuckle and toss with avocado oil, Korean BBQ rub, and SPG in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place wings on the hot griddle and cook for about 20 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 185°F.
  4. Using one side of the griddle, cook diced onion until tender, then add pre-cooked rice and butter.
  5. Drizzle Hot & Spicy Bachan’s over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Scramble eggs in another section of the griddle and combine into the rice once cooked.
  7. Finish by drizzling more sauce over the wings before serving.
