  • 1 Duncan Hines Fudge Cake Mix
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • Chocolate Fudge or Nutella
  • Dulce De Leche
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Chocolate Shell Ice Cream Topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare a nonstick cupcake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, sour cream, milk, and oil until smooth.
  3. Distribute the batter into each cupcake cup, filling them about 3/4 full. Bake according to package instructions.
  4. After baking, let the cakes cool slightly before turning them out onto their tops to create a 'volcano' shape.
  5. Carefully cut a small hole in the center of each cake and fill with chocolate fudge and dulce de leche.
  6. Place the cut-out piece back on top like a lid.
  7. Freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
  8. Reheat in the microwave before serving and top with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate shell topping.
