For the Blondie Batter:

Instructions
Step 1: Prep and Preheat
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Make the Blondie Batter
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Step 3: Create the Cinnamon Swirl
- In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half of the blondie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
- Pour the remaining blondie batter on top, spreading it gently.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top.
Step 4: Swirl & Bake
- Use a toothpick or butter knife to create swirls in the batter, gently mixing the cinnamon-sugar into the blondies.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before slicing.
