  • 4 ounces shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the dried cranberries, diced pecans, and minced chives until evenly distributed.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded white cheddar cheese, and orange zest. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the cranberry mixture into the cheese blend until well combined.

  5. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in the remaining cranberry mixture until fully coated.
