  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Season chicken breasts on both sides with Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in heavy cream. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, and pepper. Gradually mix in parmesan cheese until creamy.
  5. Combine cooked rice with leftover sauce in the skillet and mix well. Slice the chicken and serve it over the rice with additional sauce.
