- 1 yellow onion, diced

- 2–3 celery stalks, sliced
- 5–6 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 boxes of Ben's Original Long Grain and Wild Rice
Instructions
- Season the chicken with spices.
- Heat avocado oil in a large pot over medium heat; cook seasoned chicken until done, then set aside.
- In the same pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter; sauté onions, carrots, and celery for about 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in remaining butter until melted; whisk in flour for about 3 minutes.
- Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream; mix well.
- Incorporate rice from the boxes along with seasoning packets; return chopped chicken to the pot.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then cover and simmer on low for approximately 20 minutes.
