  • 2 strip steaks (beef)
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 16 oz Rigatoni pasta

Instructions

  1. Season beef steaks with steak seasoning.
  2. Boil water in a pot and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat; cook steaks for about 5 minutes on each side to desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add flour to drippings; stir well and cook for one minute.
  5. Add minced garlic and chicken broth; then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until combined.
  6. Mix in red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  7. Once the sauce thickens, drain pasta and add to the skillet along with sliced beef; toss gently to combine.
