For the Pasta:

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken breast first into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat it in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta
- While the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 4: Assemble the Dish
- Slice the crispy chicken into strips.
- Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat.
- Place the chicken slices on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Panko breadcrumbs work great for extra crunch.
- Don’t overcook the chicken: Fry until crispy and golden, but ensure it stays juicy on the inside.
- Make it extra cheesy: You can add more Parmesan or even a bit of mozzarella to the sauce for extra cheese pull!
