- 14 oz nacho cheese chips
- 1½–2 lbs ground beef
- 10¾ oz cheddar cheese soup
- 10¾ oz cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 4 oz diced green chilies
- 2–3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- Optional taco seasoning
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Diced green onions (for serving)
- Sliced cherry tomatoes (for serving)
- Sliced avocado or guacamole (for serving)
- Salsa (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies until heated through.
