Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, for a fresh citrus kick)

For Serving:

  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, grapes, pineapple, bananas, melon, etc.)
  • Graham crackers or pretzels (for dipping)

Instructions

Step 1: Whip the Cream Cheese

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Step 2: Add Sweetness & Flavor

  1. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and honey until well combined.
  2. Add lemon zest for extra freshness, if desired.

Step 3: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 15 minutes for the best texture.
  2. Serve with fresh fruit, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping!

Notes

  • Use Softened Cream Cheese – Ensures a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Adjust the Sweetness – Add more or less powdered sugar to taste.
  • Make It Fluffier – Fold in ½ cup whipped topping for a lighter texture.
  • For Extra Flavor – Try mixing in a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of orange juice!
