Ingredients
Scale
- 2 6 oz tenderloin filets
- 12 shrimp (deveined, de-shelled)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp olive oil (for steak)
- 1 tsp olive oil (for shrimp)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season both sides of the tenderloin filets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and sear the filets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- In another pan, heat olive oil and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; cook until pink (about 3 minutes).
- For the sauce, melt butter in the same pan where you cooked the shrimp. Stir in soy sauce and heavy cream; simmer for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return shrimp to the sauce and toss gently to coat. Serve each filet topped with the creamy mixture.
