  • 2 6 oz tenderloin filets
  • 12 shrimp (deveined, de-shelled)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp olive oil (for steak)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for shrimp)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the tenderloin filets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and sear the filets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  2. In another pan, heat olive oil and sauté sliced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; cook until pink (about 3 minutes).
  3. For the sauce, melt butter in the same pan where you cooked the shrimp. Stir in soy sauce and heavy cream; simmer for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Return shrimp to the sauce and toss gently to coat. Serve each filet topped with the creamy mixture.
