  • 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 34 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning Blend
  • 2 Medium Yellow Potatoes, chopped
  • 12 oz Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 (10.5 oz) Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 11.36 oz Box of Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions and minced garlic until the meat is fully cooked.
  3. Add Mrs Dash seasoning blend along with potatoes, thawed mixed vegetables, and cream of mushroom soup; mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix with shredded cheddar cheese and milk until just blended.
  6. Spoon biscuit batter over the meat mixture.
