  • 2 1/3 cups water
  • 1 large Yukon Gold potato, diced
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 2/3 cup frozen peas (optional)
  • Steamed white rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion and salt until the meat is browned and the onions are soft, about 7 minutes.
