- 3 pounds lamb shoulder (cut into 1 ½-inch pieces)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup dry red grape juice
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1.5 pounds gold potatoes (cut into cubes)
- 4 large carrots (chopped)
- 1 cup green peas (frozen and thawed)
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven, cook diced turkey turkey bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Season lamb pieces with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper; dust with flour.
- Sear lamb in the same pot until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions until translucent; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in beef broth, grape juice, tomato paste, thyme leaves, and bay leaves.
- Return seared lamb and turkey turkey bacon to the pot; bring to a boil.
