- 1 cup peas and carrots
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup teriyaki baste and glaze
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and diced chicken. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for about 7–8 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from the pan.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, then add peas and carrots. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
- Stir in the chilled rice, soy sauce, cooked chicken, and teriyaki baste; cook for another 4–5 minutes while stirring frequently. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
