-
1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp olive oil
-
½ tsp dried basil

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 2: Set Up the Breading Station
6. In one bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
7. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Bread the Ravioli
8. If using frozen ravioli, thaw completely and pat dry.
9. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
10. Set aside on a plate while oil heats.
Step 4: Fry the Ravioli
11. In a deep skillet, heat 1–2 inches of oil over medium-high heat (about 350°F/175°C).
12. Fry ravioli in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
13. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
14. Don’t overcrowd the pan—work in batches for even cooking.
Step 5: Serve & Dip
15. Arrange fried ravioli on a plate or serving tray.
16. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and more Parmesan if desired.
17. Serve warm with the marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
Dry Them First – Pat ravioli dry before breading to help coating stick.
Use a Thermometer – Frying at the right temp gives crispiness without sogginess.
Don’t Skip the Cheese – Parmesan in the coating adds extra flavor.
Bake Instead – For a lighter version, bake breaded ravioli at 400°F for 15–18 minutes.
Air Fry Option – Air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
