  • 2 pounds beef (Ribeye, NY Strip, or sirloin, diced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 2 large Russet potatoes (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced beef with olive oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes; dice into 1-inch pieces. Rinse and dry thoroughly before tossing with olive oil and seasoned salt.
  3. Preheat an air fryer to 400°F and cook the seasoned potatoes for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender, tossing every five minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Serve hot, drizzled with garlic butter sauce made by melting butter with minced garlic.
