Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef Filling

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  • Drain excess grease, then stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 2: Assemble the Bombs

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Flatten each biscuit dough round into a circle.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each circle.
  • Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal into a ball.

Step 3: Bake to Perfection

  • Place the bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 4: Add Garlic Parmesan Coating

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  • Brush the mixture over the warm cheeseburger bombs.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley for an extra pop of color.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Enjoy every gooey, garlicky, cheesy bite!

Notes

  • Seal Tightly: Pinch the dough edges well to prevent cheese from leaking.
  • Use Different Cheeses: Try mozzarella, pepper jack, or Swiss for a twist!
  • Make Them Spicy: Add a dash of hot sauce or diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • Double the Batch: These disappear fast—make extra for later!
