- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef Filling
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess grease, then stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble the Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit dough round into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese in the center of each circle.
- Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal into a ball.
Step 3: Bake to Perfection
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 4: Add Garlic Parmesan Coating
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the mixture over the warm cheeseburger bombs.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley for an extra pop of color.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Enjoy every gooey, garlicky, cheesy bite!
Notes
- Seal Tightly: Pinch the dough edges well to prevent cheese from leaking.
- Use Different Cheeses: Try mozzarella, pepper jack, or Swiss for a twist!
- Make Them Spicy: Add a dash of hot sauce or diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- Double the Batch: These disappear fast—make extra for later!
