  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add minced garlic along with salt and pepper; stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in half of both cheeses until combined.
  5. Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each. Fold dough over filling and seal tightly.
  6. Arrange on the baking sheet and brush with a melted butter-parsley mixture.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
