Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic, grated parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade and toss until coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers without overcrowding.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Baste with remaining marinade halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
