- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts horizontally into cutlets.
- Marinate in Italian dressing for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season marinated chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Place on a wire rack lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- While baking, mix melted butter with minced garlic and Parmesan for the baste.
- Apply the garlic butter baste during the last few minutes of baking; ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
