  • 2 lbs russet potatoes (peeled)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh minced parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the peeled potatoes in a large pot of water for 8-10 minutes until partially cooked.
  2. Drain and cool the potatoes, then shred using a food processor or box grater.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded potatoes with flour, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
  4. Shape small amounts of the mixture into cylinders and place them on parchment paper.
