2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp whole grain mustard (or more Dijon if preferred)
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prep
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
-
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish
-
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin-side down
Step 2: Make the Honey Mustard Glaze
4. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
5. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired
Step 3: Glaze the Salmon
6. Spoon or brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the tops of the salmon fillets
7. Make sure they are evenly coated for maximum flavor
Step 4: Bake the Salmon
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets

11. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges
12. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes
Notes
Don’t Overcook – Keep an eye on it in the last few minutes; salmon cooks quickly
Use Fresh Salmon – Fresh fillets have the best texture and flavor
Add Veggies – Bake some asparagus or green beans on the side for a one-pan meal
Make It Spicy – Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the glaze for heat
Use Foil for Easy Cleanup – Especially helpful when using skin-on salmon
