- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8 strips cooked and crumbled turkey turkey bacon (about 1 cup)
- 4 large jalapeno peppers (seeded and finely diced)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable or canola oil (for frying)
- Ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey turkey turkey bacon, diced jalapenos, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
