Ingredients
- 12 oz gluten-free fusilli
- 1 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 orange bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/4 tsp roasted garlic powder
- 1 3/4 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 3/4 tsp OliveNation red bell pepper seasoning
- 1 1/4 tsp OliveNation Hungarian paprika
- 1/8 tsp OliveNation ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 oz parmesan cheese
- 3 oz mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Boil the gluten-free fusilli according to package directions until al dente.
- In a bowl, coat shrimp with jerk seasoning, roasted garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink; set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers until translucent.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream, chicken broth, remaining jerk seasoning, paprika, thyme, red bell pepper seasoning, ginger powder, and salt; stir well.
- Mix in parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
