  • 12 oz gluten-free fusilli
  • 1 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 orange bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/4 tsp roasted garlic powder
  • 1 3/4 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp OliveNation red bell pepper seasoning
  • 1 1/4 tsp OliveNation Hungarian paprika
  • 1/8 tsp OliveNation ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 oz parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the gluten-free fusilli according to package directions until al dente.
  2. In a bowl, coat shrimp with jerk seasoning, roasted garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers until translucent.
  5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, chicken broth, remaining jerk seasoning, paprika, thyme, red bell pepper seasoning, ginger powder, and salt; stir well.
  6. Mix in parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
  7. Combine cooked pasta and shrimp with the sauce; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  8. Serve hot with optional extra cheese on top.
