  • 20 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 12 oz canned corn, drained
  • 3 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 7.5 oz whipped chive cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large sauté pan, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat; drain excess grease.
  3. Add water and taco seasoning to the beef; simmer for about 4 minutes.
  4. Mix in onions, Rotel tomatoes, and corn; reduce heat to low.
  5. Combine Bisquick mix with water until sticky dough forms; spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
