  • 200 grams shrimp
  • 1 lemon
  • 60 grams pistachios
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil (as needed)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  3. Cook the linguine until al dente, then drain it and add directly to the pan with the shrimp.
  4. Mix in about 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, chopped pistachios, and a ladle of reserved pasta water; stir for 2-3 minutes to blend.
  5. Garnish with additional pistachios before serving.
