  • 1 3/4 lb whole lobster (or 4 lobster tails or 1 lb lobster meat)
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp diced chives
  • 1/2 tbsp minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp diced celery
  • Salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 hot dog buns
  • 1 tbsp salted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the lobster (or lobster tails) and cook for about 12-16 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from water and let cool before extracting the meat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chives, parsley, celery, salt, and pepper. Gently fold together until well mixed.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Brush each hot dog bun with melted butter on both sides. Toast them in the skillet until golden brown.
  4. Spoon the lobster salad generously into each toasted bun and serve immediately while warm.
