  • 4 lobster tails
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp minced chives
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 34 garlic cloves (pressed)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler.
  2. Carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail with a sharp knife, slightly pulling apart the shell.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, chives, parsley, lemon zest, pressed garlic, and salt; mix well.
  4. Generously brush half of the garlic herb butter mixture over the exposed meat of each lobster tail and reserve the rest.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for about 10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Brush with remaining garlic herb butter before serving.
