- 1 1/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small white onion, diced
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup honey barbecue sauce
- 1 cup creamy mac and cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, diced onion, garlic powder, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape half of the mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet.
- Spread the mac and cheese evenly over the center.
- Top with the remaining meat mixture and seal the edges.
- In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and honey; spread over the meatloaf.
- Bake for approximately 50 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
